Fly team practices for an hour, going through hopes and trying to get faster. Afterward, I patted my horse Compass and thanked everyone for such a fun time in class. After that, I gave her a cookie and water. After that, Moose followed me with Compass to the next lesson. In the jockey class, Moose turns with me. We practice leaving the gate just right with each other. Besides that, we also practice reducing time in running. After I brought my horses home, I cleaned them up and fed them. Now it's time to go inside and warm up. IT FREEZING OUTSIDE!
CHIA TEA FOR THE WIN
After spending time with my two lovely horses on a frozen but enjoyable day, this activity was the perfect way to wind down. I munched on cookies and sipped tea. A radio story and knitting projected are all I need to occupy my time in the next few hours. (Psst cat being a good kitty and just watching and sleeping)
